Refund Policy

Please make your purchases carefully. Because these are natural remedies that can be contaminated after opening no returns or refunds can be issued. If the remedy is damaged in transit please take a photo and send it to us within 5 days, and we will make a claim with the post office and send you a replacement.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

All orders are sent out as soon as possible after they are received through priority mail so that the transit time for these is minimal. Priority mail within the continental U.S usually results in a delivery window of 2 to 3 days; Alaska and Hawaii can take a day longer. Priority mail out of the country can take a week or longer, and unfortunately customs can hold up an order temporarily or even permanently.
